Refund & Return Policy

At ClaraSkin Beauty, we value our customers and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Because our soaps and skincare products are handmade and personal care items, special conditions apply to returns and refunds.
1. Returns
Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Unused and unopened items may be returned within [2 -5 days] of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within [7 business days].
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to a mistake on our part).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, contact us at support@claraskinbeauty.com with your order number and details of the issue.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Opened or used products
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
